Step outside and you’re immediately met with what truly sets this property apart—unobstructed, jaw-dropping views of Sedona’s iconic red rocks. A sprawling pool and spa sit perfectly positioned to take it all in, creating a setting that feels both elevated and completely serene.
Inside, the home leans into a modern wabi-sabi aesthetic, where natural textures and rounded edges take center stage. Travertine accents, rich dark-stained wood cabinetry, and soft, earthy tones create a grounded yet elevated feel throughout. Each bedroom has its own personality, highlighted by custom wallpaper at every headboard—bringing in subtle pops of Sedona-inspired color while keeping the overall design cohesive.
Thoughtful lighting carries the experience from day to night. Toe-kick lighting, LED accents beneath floating shelves, behind mirrors, and custom travertine fixtures create a warm, ambient glow that feels both modern and inviting.
The garage was completely transformed into a moody, unforgettable game room—painted in a deep brown and outfitted with a large frame TV, lounge seating, poker table, pool table, arcade games, and foosball. It’s a space designed for connection, competition, and late-night memories.
Downstairs, a once oversized room was converted into a custom-built bunk suite featuring three sets of bunks with integrated shelving, doubling as nightstands—perfect for hosting larger groups without sacrificing style or comfort.
Outside, the property continues to impress. Guests can unwind around the fire pit, challenge each other on the putting green, play a round of giant chess, or kick around on the mini soccer field. A stargazing dome offers a front-row seat to Sedona’s incredible night skies, while a dedicated dog run ensures even four-legged guests feel at home.
