This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in Phoenix started as a challenging project — a true fixer-upper. The original house had uneven flooring throughout, a garage conversion that didn’t match the rest of the home, and a sunken add-on living room. On top of that, it had been neglected for years and was in rough condition.
In under two months, we came in and reimagined the entire space, turning it into a comfortable, modern home. All the flooring was leveled and replaced, giving the house a clean, seamless flow. Fresh paint, brand-new appliances, and updated finishes brought the interior back to life. The master bathroom was fully remodeled with a large walk-in shower.
The home now features a spacious living room with a fireplace, perfect for cozy nights, and flows effortlessly into the bright, updated kitchen. Outside, the property offers a pool and a large backyard perfect for entertaining.
