This Scottsdale home was completely reimagined to capture that effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle the area is known for. From the moment you arrive, fresh exterior paint and a custom front door offer a clean, updated first impression.
We opened up the heart of the home in a big way, adding oversized glass sliders that fully connect the living space to the outdoors. At the center, a once-restrictive fireplace is now a true focal point—wrapped in warm ledger stone with a quartz hearth and accessible from all sides, creating a natural flow throughout the main living areas. Custom ceiling inlays add subtle architectural interest above, while layered, high-end lighting was thoughtfully selected throughout to elevate the space and create a warm, inviting ambiance day and night.
The kitchen was elevated with the addition of a hidden butler’s pantry, designed with dual access for both function and a bit of surprise. Nearby, we added a full bathroom and an in-home sauna, bringing a level of comfort and luxury that feels intentional.
The primary suite was redesigned to feel like a retreat, featuring a spacious Japanese-style shower and a dedicated makeup vanity. Throughout the home, we replaced the existing flooring with warm, organic tones to ground the space and tie everything together.
Out back, the property was fully transformed into a private desert oasis. We repositioned the outdoor kitchen for better flow, installed travertine and turf throughout, added new steps off the living room sliders, updated railings, and layered in lush planting to create natural privacy.
This is one of our favorite designs to date—fully move-in ready and thoughtfully curated at every level. The end result is a warm, organic contemporary home that feels both elevated and livable—designed for everyday comfort while fully embracing the Scottsdale lifestyle.
